The goal of each monthly report is to provide specific SPDR S&P 500 Sector ETF recommendations and percentage allocations that, over time, outperform the S&P 500’s (i.e., SPY’s) return.  Rick intends to accomplish this by his recommending you invest in no more than 7 of the 11 macro sectors (e.g. XLK, XLF, XLV, etc.,) at any one time – attempting to avoid being involved in the underperforming sectors by him using a variety of models and his 40+ years of market experience that has had him significantly outperform the SPX since inception of this report in mid-2020.
